  Production Process MAISHI is a professional Australia standard security window insect screen manufacturer in China. The production process is as below:   Raw material --> Mesh weaving --> Mesh inspecting --> Mesh washing --> Mesh flattening --> Cutting --> Powder coating --> Packing --> Loading   When material arrives at our factory, we check and test the material with XRF analyzer to make sure correct material will be used. Then we put the spool wire into the loom to weave meshes. And after the meshes are finished, we will check the wire thickness and hole size to make sure correct sizes are woven. Then meshes will be washed to remove dirties and oils. After that, the meshes will be flatten and powder coating. After all is finished, security screen meshes will be packed into poly-wood carton, each piece separated by waterproof paper.
